Small, clean boutique hotel comfortable & rooms were smartly decorated. Great location. Walkable to most everywhere. Staff very helpful & friendly. Had an AC issue so they upgraded us to a suite for the rest of our stay & even offered us complimentary snacks from the snack bar. Very generous & thoughtful. Room has a delicious coffee machine & staff gave refills whenever asked. Gestures like this make guests return again!

Central location, great staff. Close to the Lincoln memorial and many sightseeing spots. The bed was „omg” very comfortable and the spacious room set up with a kitchen. The hotel provides two complimentary water bottles. Would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Room was huge with a good working/chill area and sofa. Huge bathroom with good amenities. Used the pool as well which I luckily had all to myself, didn't use the gym but it look very well equipped, spacious and relatively quiet. Lovely view onto the river as well. Good location too, lots of great places to visit nearby and super easy to get ubers to visit other areas in DC.

Everything. The suite was large, very clean, warm and very comfortable. Lots of hot water, excellent water pressure in shower, very comfortable large bed, lots of storage space, walk in wardrobe , second toilet was useful. Full kitchen amenities with plenty of crockery & cutlery. The kitchen had everything necessary for a short or long term stay, even measuring cups. Property is in an excellent location and we felt comfortable and safe walking around. It is within easy reach of monuments and museums and if it is too far to walk there is a metro station 5 minutes walk away. Food store was about 15 minutes walk away. We couldn’t fault the suite and would most definitely recommend it. We wish we could have stayed longer.
