The facilities are very well organized, the transportation is fairly priced, the rooms are big and comfortable, and the staff goes all the way to make sure the stay is as comfortable as it can be. When I'm in Da Nang that's the place to go. No better location than the TMS. If you want good staff people who take great care of you and make you feel like you're special. You better come here. This is my favorite hotel in the central post of Vietnam. I've been to this location now three times and I will always come back. Thank God for the TMS. Love you guys dearly ❤️🇻🇳❤️🇻🇳❤️

Location was perfect, customer service was excellent. Hotel stuff was very kind and very helpful. It really helped us when receptionist booked online Bana hills ticket for us, we avoided long line, which is I recommend if you are planning to go Bana hills. The breakfast was very good lots of choices and very tasty. Rooms was very clean and very comfy. Great hotel to make your trip wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very nice, helpful and polite. Especially Daisy, Rosie and Fiona. Breakfast is really good.There is a plenty food. Room was clean, towels was regularly changed. Thay let us stay in room one more hour after check out. They didn't have to do it, but they help us a lot.

The hotel room is nice and look as see in the photos. My group stayed here for 2 nights. Breakfast changed both morning which is good. There is a mini mart with walking diatance open until 10PM and a very nice vietnamnise sweet shop near by the hotel. The bed and pillows are also soft and comfy. I would recommend this hotel if you find a private pool assess room and very reasonal price and very good service.
