I arrived very late at the hotel, around midnight, but the staff were still there to greet me with a smile. Even though it was a late check-in, they made sure I felt welcome and checked me in smoothly. It was a great relief after a long day of travel.

Everything was great. The host and here family are very helpful. I had no issues. In addition, I was able to store my bags while exploring the areas around Hanoi. The apartment was very comfortable with everything I needed. I didn't cook, but the kitchen was available. There's also a washing machine with detergent that was a must for me as I was training daily. Very comfortable bed and pillows, strong AC. The location is great. Walking distance to the lake to enjoy fantastic sunsets and Truc Bach. My room was accessible by a spiral staircase, which wasn't an issue for me. It isn't soundproof, but the area is quiet, so I slept well.

The hotel was in a great location and was within walking distance of key locations (restaurants, night markets, etc). The staff was amazing, especially our customer service advisor (Tracey). Tracey went out of her way to make sure our stay was special. Her recommendation for a place to eat was fantastic (Five Spices). She gave us good advice throughout our stay. Great facility and staff.
