This is a newly opened hotel guys. The rooms are spacious, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained 🤩✨. The location is also very central, making it easy to explore the Old Quarter and get around the city 🙌
But what truly made our stay memorable was the warmth and hospitality of the staff, especially Quân at the front desk 🥰💯. He went above and beyond to help us — from carrying our luggage during both check-in and check-out, to arranging motorbike rentals and even recommending great local food spots.

Great stay – especially thanks to the amazing staff
An Nguyen Lake Side Residence is a solid, well-kept hotel – clean, with tasteful decor and good standard amenities. Not all rooms have a lake view, and the entrance is quite narrow, so it’s easy to miss at first. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless.
What truly made our stay exceptional, however, were the staff. Every interaction we had was positive – they were genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive. From the night porter who kindly took care of our scooter, to the receptionist who shared so many great tips about the city, to the barista who started our mornings with delicious coffee (complete with adorable doodles on the cup) – everyone went above and beyond.
All in all, a lovely experience. Big thanks to the team!
