Recently opened and therefore new, very attentive and nice staff, we had a great time here! The lady at the reception speaks very good English and was really helpful for booking buses, giving recommendations etc.

This is my second time staying here. I returned because the first experience was excellent. This time, they exceeded my hope. I am surprised how new the facility looks, although they have been in the business for many years. It seems like after the years, the hotel has improved a lot in service quality. They are clear and transparent in explaining beforehand my out-of-pocket expenses and any add-on that I might consider using such as airport rides. Breakfast options are top notch. I particularly enjoy the short walks to the Temple of Literature (5 mins) and the Old Quarter (15 mins) from this spot. It is close enough but also out of the way from traffic jams and congestions around Hanoi's hot spots.
