Overall really nice place and family business, well located right next to the Train Street. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Bed was nice and comfy, apartment had all the essentials, minibar was well equipped and fairly priced. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The main street was busting with traffic, but you wouldn't tell from the room as it is in a quiet corner of the road. The bed was big and very comfortable. The house feels like a photo exhibition and we were amazed by all the amazing photos in and outside of the room. The owner was very chill that we didn't have cash and was ok that we pay later, he was also very quick with responding to inquiries.

Firstly, the property is a piece of luxury. We had 3 floors to ourselves with one Studio Apartment + 1 5 BHK Apartment with Terrace. All of it is spacious and so, so well-kept.
Special mention to the receptionist Tony who always went out of his way to help us with things that were not even in his purview.
Also, receptionist Sam, was very understanding on requesting for a late check-out due to a health emergency faced by one of my friends.
I'd totally recommend this property to anybody who'd want to have a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

This is my second time staying here. I returned because the first experience was excellent. This time, they exceeded my hope. I am surprised how new the facility looks, although they have been in the business for many years. It seems like after the years, the hotel has improved a lot in service quality. They are clear and transparent in explaining beforehand my out-of-pocket expenses and any add-on that I might consider using such as airport rides. Breakfast options are top notch. I particularly enjoy the short walks to the Temple of Literature (5 mins) and the Old Quarter (15 mins) from this spot. It is close enough but also out of the way from traffic jams and congestions around Hanoi's hot spots.

The location was very good, quiet but a short grab ride or walk from all the major spots. The staff were also very nice and accommodating, especially with weird check out hours. The place was HUGE and perfect for a group of friends.
