Great location and value for what you pay - there are nicer hotels in the old quarter but if you’re looking for a good balance between cost and quality, this place is great! You’re also very close to the lake without too much of that lake side traffic. The 24/7 staff are also very helpful and friendly. They helped us book a last minute tour to Ninh Binh and were great with recommendations of what to. They connected us with the best tour guide as well, and gave us a lovely discount. Laundry service was fine and pricing was fair, but if you’re worried about shrinkage make sure to make appropriate notes.

We loved our stay at salute hôtel, especially thanks to the staff that was super attentive and always very nice. We can only recommend staying there as they really made the difference (plus location and breakfast were both perfect !). We could take a shower before heading for the night train even though we had already checked out, which we appreciated a lot after a day of visit in very hot weather.

I liked everything! The hotel looks amazing and the staff is very kind and attentive.
The bed was super comfortable, the shower was amazing and we had some welcoming fruits in the room. The breakfast was delicious and had a vast variety of options. The swimming pool is nice, there aren’t just many places to chill.
Location is also great.
