Receptionist guys jump out of the reception when see me uploading from the bike with all my bags. “Hello sir, let me help you” and pick up all my bags, and after was really nice. Everyone!!!

From the moment of booking before you arrive, they will communicate with you by WA and ensured all arrangements were in place, offering assistance with transportation and special requests.
When I arrived, I was warmly greeted with friendly smiles, a welcome drink, and cake. Check-in was seamless; Ms. Anne personally escorted me to my room, provided a room orientation, shared sightseeing recommendations, and offered to arrange tours. Every staff member greeted me each time I entered or left the hotel up till I get on the cab to the airport, extending exceptional hospitality that was truly heartwarming.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, with necessary amenities. The shower was great too. Hotel location was central and walking distance to most sites and great food. Highly recommended. Thank you Anne, Jollie and all staff for a memorable stay!
