Really nice hotel in the Old Quarter. Friendly staff who could talk very good English. Easy and quick communication. The transfer service to Sapa, organized via them once arrived, was good as well. The room was big and clean.

I had a truly wonderful stay at La Selva Premium Hotel. The receptionists were fluent in English, respectful, professional, and always eager to assist with any queries. They consistently made sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel very welcome. The restaurant staff were equally accommodating, and the food was delicious—especially the à la carte options like the pho, which was excellent. Our room was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was fantastic with a nice view of Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The hotel’s location is perfect; each morning, I enjoyed jogging around the lake, i am so happy to see many older Vietnamese people doing their morning exercises with joy. The area is also surrounded by good restaurants and cozy cafés, and it’s just a short walk to the Old Quarter. Overall, La Selva Premium Hotel is a great place to stay, and I will definitely come back next time.

When we first arrived at the hotel all the staff were so welcoming. It felt like we had a family with Danny, Felix, Jenny, Lovey, Mia, Daisy and Lilly. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Daisy and Lilly.
The entire staff could not be more helpful. The service was amazing.

The staff are all so kind and helpful! They really did their best to make my stay comfortable. The room is clean and comfy, and the breakfast is really good. It’s located right in the heart of the Old Quarter so it’s easy to experience the night vibes. The outside is lively and crowded at night, so I was worried about the noise. But the room was surprisingly very quiet, so we slept really well. We were so touched when the staff escorted us out on our departure and gave us a complimentary tote bag as a gift. Thank you for such a memorable stay! :)
