Very nice hotel, good sized room, comfy beds. The 9 th floor bar looked very good too, unfortunately not enough time for everything. The famous train street is walkable distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel is very attentive. The food in the restaurant-freshly cooked.

One of the reception staff, Hue, was extremely helpful. We had a problem with our flight bookings. She spent 20 minutes on the phone with the airline sorting out the problem. She was persistent and innovative, thinking about alternatives, until she sorted out the problem, which was far more than was her duty. That was a very valuable service.

Excellent location in the Old Quarter. Though the neighourhood that the hotel is in is very busy, the hotel felt like a secret zen escape. It was a joy to come back to it each time we would go out. Loved the skybar. Excellent breakfast. Very spacious rooms. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Would highly recommend for a stay in Hanoi.
