It is very clean, staff do cleaning everyday, no noise, bed is super comfortable that I had best sleep ever in Vietnam for the two nights stay. We are lucky to have four gals in the mix dorm, gals are lovely too. Breakfast is available for order and value for money which is lots of options including both local and western, I had all my breakfast in the hostel. Staff provided good recommendations and there is walking your and night event you can join also. Before heading to airport I rushed to grab Cafe Giang egg coffee as staff said it’s the best one there! All in all it makes my trip with more comfort, thank you so much!

The hotel is at the heart of the Old Quarter, which allowed us to explore the streets on foot. The staff, especially Sally, were very helpful and gave awesome recommendations on where to eat and the best tours to take during our stay. We looked forward to the buffet breakfast each morning, as it offered a variety of breads, fruits, juice drinks and of course a taste of the local cuisine. We would definitely stay here again in Salute Premium Hotel and Spa (and recommend the place to our friends).

I had an excellent stay at Lake side hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Tien and Thinh took good cafe of us. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could ask for. The location was perfect, close to key attractions. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

When we first arrived at the hotel all the staff were so welcoming. It felt like we had a family with Danny, Felix, Jenny, Lovey, Mia, Daisy and Lilly. If I missed anyone I apologise, Breakfast was outstanding for the price. The range was great and the service was wonderful from Daisy and Lilly.
The entire staff could not be more helpful. The service was amazing.
