The calmness of the place, outside from the busy old quarter. The spa offers were amazing The pool is big and also quite deep at one end. I find it really nice. The breakfast options and the food at their own restaurant was really good. Our room was quite big with a bathtub and a walkin shower. I would definitely comeback.

Stayed at the Hotel 6 years ago (back then almost new). Over the years they have kept the place really nice, neat and tidy - it has aged well - I was glad to be back. The rooms are spacious, and the views towards the river are quite nice. It's in a calm place of town which I really liked but the hustle and bustle (old town) is only 15 min walk or a 5 min bike ride away (rent is free). The staff is very attentive and happy to help with anything you need. Would come back again

The service at Mint was outstanding. The management and staff bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable not only in the accommodation but in Hoi An generally, organizing exceptional tours and ensuring we were picked up and dropped off at the airport in a timely fashion. A truly wonderful breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at Calm house ! From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly welcome and attentive ,making us feel right at home . The location was perfect ,really close to the old town , local resaurant ,cafe shop and made it easy for us to explore the town
