Everything. From the start till end this house has everything to like . The owner provided everything needed for a comfortable stay and all the facilities were top notch. The idea of this house was to fulfill the needs in a very aesthetic way . The location was central and perfect and view was breath taking . All appliances were in greta condition and there was no disturbance by the staff or anyone . Security downstairs were extremely professional and friendly . This was the house I wished to get stuck in during covid lockdown with my wife . Perfect place

Superb boutique hotel. From the moment I made the booking the owners were extremely helpful making suggestions for our trip. While staying there they were available all the time to assist with maps, locations, taxis etc. The breakfast was excellent and the man running the breakfast service was brilliant! The room was spacious with everything we could need. I highly recommend this hotel.

A Truly Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Derwent House Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and personal service provided by the entire team, led by the wonderful Luca. Everyone made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Anahid, who gave us excellent recommendations for local places to visit and dine – every suggestion was spot on and added so much to our experience. One of the highlights of our trip was a tour with Trish, an amazing guide arranged through the hotel. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made it a truly memorable outing. Our room was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view of Table Mountain – waking up to that every morning was a dream. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, with a great variety each day. We also loved the thoughtful touches like the complimentary soup and cakes served at night, and the attentive day and night turndown service. Derwent House went above and beyond in every way. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. We would return in a heartbeat!
