What a surprise! Off the highway near the border with Kosovo is this 4 star hotel. Beautiful, spacious room with excellent restaurant, the hotel exceeded our expectations. I stayed 3 nights at Guesthouse Shtini. The access the Fshat village, where the guesthouse is located can be an adventure in itself. The unpaved road for 7-8km isn’t suitable for some vehicles, including a 150CC scooter, the one I was riding on 😂 Jeton and Meliha don’t speak English but we communicated through online Google translator. The homemade dinner cost €8-9 per person and it’s abundance. It is one of a kind, a true guest house experience in a village tucked behind the mountains.
