Very beautiful place and friendly host! Best price you can find! The house is very old, but it has its charm, and rooms are very big. The garden is simply stunning and it makes your stay. Importantly, they have fixed the shower and toilet, it's modern, clean hot water and washing machine. The bathroom is shared with the host and has a separate entrance from the outside (which did not bother us, actually). Location is perfect and easy to find with google maps, close to Yerevan, close to Aragats, and even has an interesting archeological site right nearby the village (don't miss it).

Owner is a kind person..if you need something he will product for you..it's a little far from center but you can go easy with bus or Yandex.and location is in a beautiful place..and it's very very clean .you can use kitchen easily and every morning they clean all of it.
