Above all, we love Anahit's warm, welcoming personality. We truly felt at home. The rooms are very clean and full of all modern comforts, including wi-fi. However, you hardly want to stay indoors because her magical, luscious garden and patio with majestic views compels you to be outdoors. We enjoyed her traditional, homemade breakfast. It was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well in her veranda overlooking the green mountains above.

We decided to stay in Ijevan rather than Dillijan and we didn't regret it. The property is a tiny cute apartment in a village near Ijevan. Taxi ($1.50 or 500 dram on Yandex or 100 pp with local shared taxi). The room was nice with great homemade fixtures and kitchen and bathroom with hot shower. From ijevan you can trek to nearby mountains with large prehistoric cave structures or take the bus to dilijan for 3$ and do treks from there and flag down buses or hitchhike back very easily. The village is a glimpse into authentic Armenian country life and we felt very welcomed. Highly recommended.

Great location and facility - it's amazing to sit on a terrace and be able to see whole Ijevan. Food is great and Arthur is a best host. Definitely recommending to visit!

We liked the host Anita, she is very attentive and caring, she runs this cosy place with her adorable dalmatian Charlie. They were both happy to meet us even at 11 p.m. The views are stunning, the garden and the tea herbs growing around that you can use right away to make yourself some tea. This is the type of place we do love to stay in - when the host is the owner and the face of the place, and everything is made with love.
