This is the first time I wanted to give a property on Booking.com a rating of 11. Everything was wonderful. Tatev was the last stop for me on a 3 day hike from Goris. I stayed 2 nights here at Rubina bnb. Their home is beautiful and the breakfast (alot of it from their own garden) was the best I have had in Armenia. Everyone was extremely friendly and I felt welcome the whole time. VERY clean. Great hot water shower in a clean and spacious bathroom. I was treated to tea, Coffee, cakes, home made cherry jam and other sweets both evenings. This is in addition to the awesome breakfast. I feel like I should have payed more to be honest. Book this place!

Our room was comfortable and very clean. Anush was so kind and took really great care of us. She’s a great cook, better than any restaurant in the village. You should definitely ask her to add dinner to your stay. Staying in a village is different than staying in Yerevan. You get to experience a little bit of village life and look out over the mountains at breakfast every day. Anush’s breakfasts are so good. My favorite was zvatser kartofilov which is a crispy omlette with village potatoes. Anush had fresh matnakash bread and homemade raspberry jam and local honey too. Her herbal tea is reviving. Try the fresh walnuts if she offers you some-delicious. Highly recommended!

This is absolutely the best place I booked on my trip in Armenia. The hosts were super kind, the room and bathroom were super clean. The breakfast was prepared at the time I wished for, and it was just amazing. Highly recommended!

A highly recommended guesthouse, very clean and comfortable. It has all facilities you’ll need, a kitchen waching machine. The owners of guesthouse are wonderful people who are ready to help in any question. Breakfast was very tasty and woth big variety of food. Definitely I will stay there again when I visit Tatev.
