Everything was first class. But the best of the Best was the reception staff. They were simply the best ever. Osvaldo, Florencia, Valentina, Carolina, always went out of their way to help and to make your stay even better, and always with a smile. Where do I start? The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Checking in we were given a tourist map and they went through and circled things to do around the city. Any request was met and they always greeted us as we came/went. The restaurant staff were just as nice, and the food was absolutely amazing - a hidden gem! The breakfast buffet was adequate for a hotel breakfast. The rooms were really nice, a good size and had everything you could need. Housekeeping was completed daily. Laundry service is available and had a quick turnaround, although it was reasonably expensive. Really enjoyed our stay and loved the staff here. We would definitely stay here again.
