Had to book this hotel at the last minute when another hotel in town canceled hours before I was supposed to check in. Penny and team were immediately so responsive and helpful, and even offered to pick me up from the bus station. Since it was the off season, it was very quiet and she offered my choice between two rooms. My room was very spacious and had a nice bathroom. The breakfast in the morning is very basic but served in such a cute location and is very peaceful. Penny made sure to check in with me during my stay. She was so nice, I wish I spoke better Spanish so we could have chatted more but she messaged me all the info via WhatsApp so I could translate.
