Very comfortable space. Plenty of room for a short trip away. Excellent communication with the host. All facilities available. Very comfortable beds, lovely jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. Easy access to the buses into Salzburg. 20 mins bus ride. Supermarkets 5/10 minute walk away.

This hotel was an amazing find while trying to save money visiting Salzburg. The zoo is a few minutes drive away. The rooms are spacious. There are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. The whole town is walkable and quite beautiful during Christmas.

The team is excellent—nice and clean rooms. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel is 40m from the bus stop to Salzburg. I would recommend it!

Charming place, restaurant is amazing. Close to busline so it was easy to get around without a car.

Everything was good and enjoyed my stay, staff is very helpful and respondes fast. Had one cosmetic defect in room (lose screw) reported it on check-in and it got fixed right away. Chromecast and usb-c to HDMI cable were available in room. Quiet area, could even sleep with open window. Everything in walking distance

From check in to check out,everything was great. Very friendly and helpful receptionist at check in and check out time ( forgot their names, ) . He gave us great advise where to go for good Wiener schnitzel ( we went to Bräu Salzburg, schnitzel was excellent, but reservation may be needed at times) what interesting things were there to see or visit,and what to do in Salzburg Rooms were spotless, bathroom sparkly clean,equipped with rain shower. Water was hot,pressure excellent, ,bed mattresses firm but comfortable. There was 4 of us,and we stayed in superior family room nr. 13,on second floor - (Villa has an elevator ) which was actually 2 smaller rooms but spacious enough for all of our needs. One room had balcony,and you can divide the rooms by closing a folding door / shutters at night . I would recommend this room to family of 4 or close friends, because access to the bathroom is thru that second room Area was very quiet at night,it's walking distance - 15minutes from main train station, Hauptbahnhoff. You have parking lot at the property for 8 euros per night which is a bargain compared with the prices to pay for parking in the area. Breakfast was absolutely fresh,plentiful, delicious, 3 various dishes with hot food, coffee strong and very tasty. Lot of fresh bakery products, tasty berliners( donuts) jams,fresh fruit........ Attendant was helpful with seating us,bringing the coffee to our table,and encouraging us to eat well so we won't be hungry It's clearly family run B&B and they do everything to make sure their guests enjoy their stay . We may go to Salzburg in the future again, and I won't even bother to look for another place to stay.......this one is a winner for me and I will book our next stay with them without any hesitation. We looked hard to find something negative about our stay.
