This appears to be the latest endeavor of a family whose guiding mission is to make their corner of Austria happy. They have a vineyard (you can buy their wines @ the hotel) and now this new project. The first floor includes really accessible rooms with call buttons in bathroom & bed area. The hostess/mother practically nurtures her guests: she kept offering to carry my bags, get the door, etc. Since the a/c unit was so new it didn’t have the wrapping off yet, she found me a floor fan. Breakfast buffet offers lots of options, including a couple different kinds of vegan milk. The hostess offers eggs cooked your way. You’re about 15 minutes from the airport. There’s a little river nearby with a path for some nature bonding, also some little cafes in the vicinity. There’s a coffee machine & a water supply in the breakfast room: I really liked that touch.

the people at the reception were very friendly and supportive. The check-in went smooth and didn't take a lot of time. The hotel is close to the airport with rates that are reasonable to low, but in context of the quality ridiculously low (don't increase, please). The host was extremely kind and helpful. He helped us get to the nearest gas station and made suggestions as to what to see nearby. I can not say enough about how wonderful the experience was, especially for our last night before flying out. My only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer. We were right on the square in Laxenburg.
