Location was really good. Comfortable furnitures, good equipment. There is really nothing to complain about. But what we loved the most is an amazingly comfortable mattress. It was so good to sleep there!

The host was extremely kind and helpful. He helped us get to the nearest gas station and made suggestions as to what to see nearby. I can not say enough about how wonderful the experience was, especially for our last night before flying out. My only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer. We were right on the square in Laxenburg.

Altho there is no AC in 33C heat, the spacious rooms are cool and the hillside breeze through the large windows refreshing. The stay was immaculate. Breakfast was fresh and fulfilling. Historical aspects of the schloss were everywhere evident and inspire curiosity.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.
