Room was spacious and comfortable with the largest king size bed I’ve ever seen. Small balcony with chairs and table, sat outside while enjoying a coffee and people watch the world go by. Stylish, clean and well appointed bathroom. Very short walk to shopping mall and train.

I booked this hotel for my Japanese friends staying with their children. I was overseas during their visit but staff helped them to check in and ensured they had what they needed for the baby and toddler. I've stayed here a number of times myself previously when housing crisis, during COVID pandemic and staff have always been helpful (even when needing to check in after hours at 9pm, just go to the bar, if the bottle shop is closed and staff will take you to the office and check you in)

The hotel is beautiful - the design is clean, fresh and relates to the city. Staff were very friendly at check in, and made our stay really special for my husbands birthday. The pool is wonderful and absolutely worth spending time there! Rooms are large with wonderful and thoughtful amenities. We did not travel with our child, but the hotel is very kid friendly especially the pool.

The staff were friendly , they called me prior to arrival to ask how I'd want the bed arrangements, if I wanted a baby cot or a high chair. As we were a family of 5 with two children. The rooms were spacious and very neat. The bed, furniture, and vanities were modern and excellent. The car park was free and spacious, and the environment was peaceful and quiet. I have stayed in many different hotels across many cities in Australia but this was the best and great value for money. I loved it and would stay there again.
