I was overseas during their visit but staff helped them to check in and ensured they had what they needed for the baby and toddler. Staff were very friendly at check in, and made our stay really special for my husbands birthday. The pool is wonderful and absolutely worth spending time there! As we were a family of 5 with two children. The rooms were spacious and very neat. The bed, furniture, and vanities were modern and excellent. The car park was free and spacious, and the environment was peaceful and quiet. I have stayed in many different hotels across many cities in Australia but this was the best and great value for money.
