While not as bougie as the Hayman Island Resort, there is a lot to do at this resort. There are 2 restaurants on the island and the food options include an asian restaurant and a burger and pizza type of place. But vegetarian options available too and a small gift shop in the main lobby. But the key thing is the amazing activities to do on the resort (swimming with stingrays, live reef, sunset beach area behind with a rainforest pathway too to hike, sailing lessons that can be done from the island and scubadiving from island. The island has two sides, one for day trip and one for people staying. Big pools to swim in plus beach side. Great views. Easy to access port to go to reef or white haven tours as well as snorkeling tours or back to mainland to airlie beach or hamilton island. Walaroos are cute as anything on the island and you can feed them apples and bread and rice etc. like they are your pet dog. The cockatoos too. There was also paint and sip and other activities as well. Very family friendly. There is an underwater observatory room(an aquarium of sorts) and morning yoga in that room. there is also a kids section and other such aquariums throughout. It is beautiful paradise

Excellent facilities and clean as a whistle! Checked in late but was able to call and the staff got us all settled. Terrific stay.

Overlooking Boathaven Bay, the Colonial Palms Motor Inn is located just over half a mile from Airlie Beach and features 2 pools, an outdoor spa and a restaurant.

The room was good in size. Had a view of the bay, garden, and pool. They have a restaurant their that was reasonable cost and the food was great. The staff was very polite. Easy check in. This worked out great as it was very close to our tour meeting point.

Fantastic place. We arrived after hours and had an email describing how to access our apartment. Place was modern, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, awesome views from balcony and pools. Short walk to supermarket, beer store and main street, as well as ports to islands and reef. Ideal
