    A grand manor house in a wonderful setting and a most generous host who caters for your every need. Grand is the word to describe this beautiful house built in the 1880s and retaining the original and beautiful stained glass windows, fireplaces, original billiard table baby grand piano and the gardens are romantic with many different areas to relax in. Superbly cooked breakfast with many choices of local fresh produce cooked by the delightful owner. The most comfortable bedcand modern bathroom.

    Great little hotel for our stopover. We stayed one night with our two young kids in the family suite. Big enough for all of us. Big ensuite as well. Wished there was a hook to hang up the towels though. Staff were all very friendly. Check in is through the pub. There is a train line running just across the street from the hotel though and a freight train ran through several times at night giving our kids a scare! But a very central location and great value.
