New , v clean, feels luxe, nice design, big rooms. Was a very small amount of traffic noise - but not an issue. No parking for vehicles over 2.1 height- have to rely on street parking ( limited until 6pm)

We stayed at Thomson suite. When we opened the door, our jaws dropped. It was ten times more beautiful and quirky than we could ever imagine. It had a very artistic touch on everything and every corner, showing the very long history of the place as a foundry. Gorgeous brick walls exposed inside with outstanding skylight, windows, bar, pool, kitchen, woodburner fireplace and ... I was thinking of living there forever. Greg, the host, came to say hi, what a lovely man he is. He generously filled up the fridge for us, more than we could ever eat.

    The rooms where spacious, slept like a baby in the bed, the ensuite had everything you needed. Staff was great from cleaners to bar staff and restaurant workers and the food from room service was delicious.

    The location was good for us due to the proximity to my family. The rooms were clean. I loved the addition of the lollies on the bed and the coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious.

    The staff were lovely to deal with, the beds were so comfty and the location was right near the shops and not to far from Barossa. Meals at the pub were yummy and the cleaners looked after us knowing we had a family of five staying by making sure had extra towels, shampoo etc. Lived that they provided bottled of water and breakfast packs.
