Everything! Room very comfortable and clean. Quiet, great location, excellent restaurant downstairs. Great decor. We loved all the old photos of Newcastle and the flamingo paintings in the lift!!! We were given an upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine! Light rail right outside the door!

    The location was really the best thing about the hotel for us. Although there is a bar, dancefloor, sports tv corner and a childrens playground combined in the downstairs area - haven‘t ever seen an interesting combination like that.

    Beautiful and clean for a pub accommodation. No noise from down stairs. Whilst the room itself was on the small side it was well stocked, clean and a comfortable bed. The shared bathroom was clean and well maintained as was the rest of the property. Very family friendly and felt incredibly safe as a mother and young child staying overnight. Staff were beautiful and so polite and friendly. Will most definitely stay again anytime visiting Newcastle.
