We got off to a bit of a strange start @ Kove... received a message early in the day saying we could check in early as our room was ready. We didn't arrive until after 5 so they arranged a lock box key pick up. However when we went to the ground floor studio we had booked the room was unmade from previous guests. I made a call and spoke to a very apologetic & embarrassed staff member who assured us she would get right back to us after speaking to her boss. We walked up to the pub to wait and had a call back in less than 10 minutes...we were upgraded to the 3 bedroom suite with incredible views. Couldn't have asked for a better solution, turns out a cleaner had gone home sick and it was somehow missed that the room hadn't been made up.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring Kiama, and the property itself was spotless and comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place!

The property was immaculate and you can see how the owner had thought of just about everything you need to make your stay as comfortably as possible. From bathrooms to kitchen to bedrooms, it felt no different to as if it were your own home. Kitchen was well stocked, all appliances were new, the bathrooms were new and felt luxurious. The TV was large and 4k with all the apps you need to stream your own accounts. The WiFi also had good speeds (essential for the kids). The two queen size beds were comfy and all the bedding and sheets were luxurious. The location was perfect with shops and cafe at your doorstep. I really can't fault this place and will definitley come back.
