    Property is large enough for 2 adults and a few kids so travelling without kids we found we had plenty of space to spread out. If you were travelling with a family it would represent good value for money. Accommodation is basic but adequate. Kingscote is a pretty small place so location is fine Communication from hosts was also very good.

    Worse experience as too many mosquitoes and I barely slept during my stay and kids got sick with mosquitoes and our travelling plans were seriously effected. Open bathroom window welcoming influx of mosquitoes was main reason as well. Shall recommend for family with kids. One jacuzzi for 3 units.

    There’s nothing to worry about. The property is super clean, get everything for basic needs. Kids had fun with board games and TV. The location is good, I enjoyed the dirty chai from the coffee van just located of the street corner. Eva is very helpful as well when my bub left something after check out. A perfect stay for my 3 days KI trip.
