The staff, especially Stephanie at the front desk went above and beyond in helping me. All of the staff were too notch. Murray the GM was very kind to me from beginning to end. He made a fabulous Japanese gin and tonic during their awesome Happy Hour. I could not have landed in a better hotel. They all seemed to genuinely care about this American traveler. The rooms are very clean, modern and chic...shower super fabulous. Huge screen TV and amazing black out curtains. Incredibly handy shopping center an elevator away. Was very convenient. The whole operation of hotel is 1st class, anyone should enjoy their stay. Room service pizza one night spot on delicious. WOW!! So clean and so sophisticatedly modern. Beautiful from the moment you entered the hotel, to the moment you entered your room. Lovely infinity pool and open air restaurant on the 21st floor, overlooking downtown Brisbane. Abundant restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel. Have not found a hotel that beautiful… in a very long time.
