Staffs working there are just amazing. They help you in every possible they can. I reached hotel at 6 AM, 6 hours before their regular check-in time. They arranged a room for me to rest till 12 noon then they shifted to my room which i booked. The service they are giving is better than they are charging. Had a wonderful time at Noorjahan Grand.

    staffs are extremely attentive and helpful and it's a big Plus. Location of hotel is a convenient base to explore tourist spots in Sylhet. The rooftop infinity pool at the Hotel makes for amazing pictures. Rooms were very affordable, service was generally excellent, and the breakfast buffet was stupendous (especially for vegetarian)

    Nice clean rooms. The house keeping staff are excellent. As we were a big family with young children they cleaned our rooms twice. Room service was excellent. Ronie made sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. After our swim our wet clothes were taken by house keeping washed and dried. The restaurant is modern with good quality food. If you are travelling from UK with kids then this hotel is a good fit.

    in a sentence, the room wasn't good enough. A couple of staff was too good but some were rude. the breakfast was too good. the hotel location is good but not the room location. the room wastn't sound proof. i was visited with my family, we have children, when they make noice it was hearing from the outside of the room from far away.
