For me it was a trip inside a trip. The house was very comfortable with magical atmosphere and a very special characters of Tony and Nadin. Tony told me stories which I will never forget, they also created a romantic atmosphere for me and my recently married wife outside in the garden with candles and beer.

The cabin was very comfortable with a good bed. Amazing that so much 'functionality' was available (relax shower, fridge, microwave etc.. Also the tea/coffee etc made us feel welcome. Sleeping close to the pony's and donkeys was fun. The host made it an extra effort to talk slowly in French and switch to dutch: we had fun communicating with her!

We really enjoyed the accommodation. You feel like in a fairytale - the room is full of quirky design elements, contributing to the magical atmosphere. Every detail was thought through, and there were a lot of Easter eggs to uncover. The room was a bit thight for a tall person, but for one night it was totally fine. And the breakfast was amazing! All bio Belgian products.

The property had a full spa, a nice bar, and a great restaurant. I opted for half-board, so dinner was included. It was a very nice meal with outstanding service. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all parts of the hotel.

The room exceeded expectations. Even though it is in a small and old 'city', Hotel Des Comtes perfectly encapsulates the warm coziness of an old town yet still balances it with modern touches.
