The hotel is only 5minutes away from the airport and a 2minute walk to the malls. Staff is very friendly. We arrived at around 1am and the receptionist waited for us so we can check in. room is clean and very comfy.

i highly recommend this place! i liked everything but on top of these things, yani is my favorite and such a nice person who always welcome you with a kind heart. yani’s home cooked breakfast was delicious also ;) some reviews say there isn’t much to do in the area, which is true, but it always feels relaxing to get out of the city noise and be surrounded by nature. there’s a beautiful beach nearby and well-maintained park right next to it. i enjoyed riding a bike to there which yani rented me. also, the indonesian restaurant across the street provides you really good meals for affordable price. i went there for dinner and lunch. if you are staying in brunei for more than 3 days, don’t waste your time spending all your time in BSB. i recommend you to stay at this place for at least one night ;)

Booking of different room. Since i selected the promo room. The promo picture of the room mislead the the actual room. But the hotel give the best solution for the booking. Feel great for the solution and helpful of the staff. They provided the best room with double queen bed for the us.. very comfy n great for 1 family room of 4 person thanks !!!
