The entrance was hard to find, and I didn't receive a welcome, so it was difficult to understand where the apartment was and how to access facilities. It was for one night however, so this was just a place to sleep for me :)

The staff were exceptional, they got me a personal charger to adapt to my American devices, got me extra blanket and pillows. The breakfast was soo good. Cidinha, pao de queijo, several cakes, fresh juices, —a delightful spread that could easily be called the best we've ever had, after quite some time abroad. The atmosphere was super fun, modern snd cook. Overall, it was a fantastic place to spend a night, especially before embarking on a long journey of 500 kilometers. Of course, the room was super small, it's a Ibis budget.

Extremely comfortable room. Delicious breakfast (included). I arrived there after my long flight and the staff were extremely helpful. I forgot my electric converter and they recommended a computer store and even checked online that the store had the converter I needed!.

The space for breakfast is small, so it can get crowded. The breakfast is amazing! They have lots of options, everything is clean and delicious. The hotel has lots of entertainment options: great swimming pool, a room to play video games, kids play room, pool table, great bar, great restaurant, beautiful outside walking path filled with greeneris. The hotel is super family friendly and the shuttle to the airport is on time. Bed was great, wi-fi didn't disappoint. Overall great service, great experience, wish we had stayed longer.

We came driving from to the airport to catch an early international flight the next day. The staff was amazing, from the counter check-in, to the person that took our bags to the fantastic waiter at the bar. Having live music - the pianist was incredible - really helped us relax from a long drive and the stress of getting up very early for our flight.
