Emily, our hostess, was so friendly and super helpful. The whole house was modern and spotlessly clean. And since Emily has a green thumb, the garden was in full bloom too. We stayed for one night but whenever we go back I am going to book with Serenity Suite again.

The hotel is a old world charm but had all amenities. Friendly staff. The owner was really a gem of a person. The breakfast was delicious. No complaints. I didnt had the change to go for a can of coke and the humble person on the reception paid for it and wont even accept it later.. Very nice experience all together.

As father of 5 children I always think of comfort and safety for my family We knew this place since years ago but recently after they painted and upgraded all facility we can say we loved it much more They are super nice and have kitchen even It us great for families Sport area and bike area fit well Coffee area out side is very interesting We loved our stays and room was clean for groups of us to enjoy our visit in surrey

I loved everything in this hotel. The staff was fantastic, the cleaning lady was so kind. The location is excellent, you can go walking to the main places in Downtown Vancouver. We asked for help to scheduling our whale watching and the Concierge not only made the reservation, he warned us about the day with the best weather conditions for the tour.
