Everything. Especially the staff. They go above and beyond to meet your every need. I had ordered a carry-on suitcase from Amazon that I had delivered at the hotel. They kept it for me and had it delivered to my room when I checked in. Second stay at the hotel. Also, I checked in at 1am. They had a large selection of yogurts, salads, wraps, fruits, chips and raw bar. Perfect after a 6 hour flight.

Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Room was spotless and well designed with a comfortable couch for sitting and great side table for drinks/ food. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Shuttle to the airport was on time and driver was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

- very spacious modern room with lot of light, kitchenette was fully equipped, sofa can be converted to another bed - breakfast was basic, but no complains - had underground parking with free EV charging, free parking - this was my second time staying at this place in Montreal with family, will book again!

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, modern and well-cared for. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. During our stay, we spoke with 4 different people at the front desk and they were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was convenient and prompt.
