The location was excellent, free parking, staff were very helpful, spa, pool, gym and laundry were all excellent. Free breakfast was a bonus. Rooms were a good size and had all that you needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Didn’t use the pool. Breakfast was great but the number of very young kids running around the food area was frustrating as we were trying to maneuver with our food and drink…perhaps staff being more visible and pointing out potential dangers could help. Room was great…loved the night light in the bathroom.

Being a Bonvoy member we were upgraded to a top floor view room that was spacious, and were also allowed a late check- out on our last day so we could ski up at Sun Peaks most of the morning and comfortably drive back to check out. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub apres-ski, and found several great restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. And finally, the staff are incredible. The front desk always greeted us and took great care of our stay.

The AC saved us! Kamloops was so hot and the room was so nice and cool! The room was very spacious and clean! We really enjoyed the pool facilities! The water slide was a great bonus!

    Very affordable for a famy of 5. Family room has 3 beds. Clean and comfortable. Shower has great pressure. Beds and pillows were good. We didn't hear any road noise other then you could very slightly hear the trains when they passed but that was fun for the kids and very faint sounds only. When we got there the room was cold, they came to show us how to use their different heating systems (the ac/heat is the main). Staff was very polite and always quick to bring extra blankets or towels.
