On my second stay, I felt as comfortable as if I had returned home. All the facilities were convenient and the breakfast was great. In particular, the Lake Louise and Moraine Lake shuttles depart from the lodge parking lot, which is big convenient.

The powerful shower was so good and there is a massage facility on the bottom of the bathtub!!. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was so good that I wanted to stay longer.

Beautiful property and so much to do for kids! Fun hotel, clean room, and staff was beyond friendly especially Jordan (manager) at restaurant. The kids enjoyed this hotel the most on the entire trip!
