The property was very clean and comfortable for our group of 5. We really enjoyed being able to relax on the first floor with ample room for everyone to do so how they wished. Very relaxing after long, hot days in the end of August. Well equipped kitchen, lots of seating. Easy access to all Montreal has to offer. Property was very responsive to questions.

All the staff members were super friendly. The manager Lady was extremely patient with someone who was complaining, and she apologised to those waiting. I couldn't have handle that awful person better. The bedrooms were comfortable and very clean with huge showers, which we loved. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice and fresh good. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff (checking in & restaurant) excellent. The food was fantastic. The elevator, a smooth ride. A great place to stay. A beautiful location. Worth treating oneself.
