The good and the bad, It was disappointing that our room wasn’t ready and we were asked to wait in our car after a 4 hour drive when we requested to have the room an hour early at 3pm and had to wait for the gentleman to drive his teen to work and then came back to prepare our room it took about 30 minutes as there was miss communication between husband and wife and husband said he was unaware that we booked the room early, but he did what he could and the room was very nice,The other thing is it’s listed as sound proof but unfortunately it’s not as we were able to hear foot steps until 1 am ( we are light sleepers and not used to shared living) would suggest a fan to help block sound and an extra lock on the inside of the main door to feel more comfortable, I do want to mention there are a lot of great things about this apartment too, it was clean, comfortable, affordable, great location and accommodating, this review is simply to help iron out the kinks

Cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in so far, hosts are more than respectful, they have every last thing you need & want at your stay, lots of room, beds are more than comfortable, amazing backyard, fireplace inside the home, beautiful kitchen, I can go on for hours, I will definitely be booking again in the near future

The house was very clean and spacious. The backyard was awesome. The two kitchens and two laundry area was very convenient. It was a perfect house to stay at for our big family. And I really appreciated the host being readily available for any questions or concerns. We hope to be able to stay there again the next time we’re in Toronto.
