I am a repeat visitor to the Studio's Bellevue. The property is in pristine condition, is immaculately clean, well maintained and quiet. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is fantastic with amazing pressure and the kitchen is fully equipped, there is even a fondue pot with matches provided. The small terrace has a stunning view of the valley and is just a few minutes walk from the village and main road. Self check in is easy and even though there is no physical interaction with hosts, Anne and Jacques promptly respond to messages and are very pleasant.

Located in the center of the small village of Charmey in the Gruyère region, Romantik Hôtel l'Etoile occupies a restored 17th-century building. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are available.

Incredible staff. All eager and ready to suport your stay. Hotel is brand new, just three months in operation. The hotel instalations, the breakfast, the hotel staff were all incredible. Super recomend the place !

The owner of the property is present in the premises and it is an extremely affable person! We did have some issues with the key as we arrived late on the second night and the reception was locked. We were not aware of this and had to take a room in the neighbouring hotel. The owner waived the charges on our request without any fuss! Great attitude!!!!

The staff was very helpful upon check-in and even allowed me to check in a little earlier which was great because I could drop my luggage in the room and get out to experience the Gruyere Castle earlier than I thought. The view was incredible, it faced the mountains and Gruyere Castle. I was able to open the window and enjoy the air. It was a very clean and quiet room. Wish I stayed there more than a night.
