Everything! The concierge handled our luggage at first sight. The receptionist explained the route to our room with much patience. The space of the room was larger than expected. The lake view was fascinating. The content of the minibar that was free to enjoy was abundant. The little cakes and the bottle of nuts gifted tasted good. After check-out, we were given some chocolates and bottled water by the receptionist.

Staff at reception were so kind and welcoming. They were also answering my messages prior my arrival very fast, i was able to receive my Luzern visitor card for free transportation right on time. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.

the location in front of very beautiful lake and very near to the city, taking bus only 4 stations. Very comfortable, convenient and warm welcome by all staff.     Very nice family hotel. Great location, close to station, ferries and old town. Breakfast was good and the use of the breakfast area that was available 24/7 to make tea, etc was a great bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

    The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and the views were beautiful, especially at night when you could see old town all lit up. Very family friendly with mini golf too. Use of the funicular for free was great even though it was quite a walk from bus stop.
