Hosts were there to meet us on arrival and were really helpful with any requests we had. The apartment was as described, clean, comfortable and in a quiet area of Santiago and 10 mins to the Metro station.

Everything was great! Victor is a amazing host, the place was well located, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom is well clean and the room had good and cozy blankets for the cold.
