It is very clean, quiet and there is a big kitchen for the guests where you have to big gas stoves and a huge barbecue. We loved that place! It is 4 km away from the center but for us mo problem because we had a car. Therefore, it is a very quiet place in a nice neighbourhood. Great value for money and great place to stay in Valdivia!

Reach downtown is very easy by public transportation and even to go to Niebla it’s very easy and cheap by bus. Isaac is a very kind guest! Strongly recommended!

I didn't immediately notice, but the hotel is extremely clean. After I saw how clean everything is I got curious and looked for dust: Even the flatscreen and the heating were dust free on the backside. My room was nice and modern. Everything that was supposed to work worked (water, light, TV, sockets, internet). There is central heating and windows according to German standards. The water for showering is immediately hot and has a strong pressure. The staff is really friendly and they are very pleasant people.

The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a minimalist style to the place, but enough bench space to be functional. The wifi is good. Rooms 2,3,6 and 7 are bigger than the other 4 rooms.
Coziness, family friendly, all details taken care of, from decoration to breakfast. Good size of the rooms, good location.
Lilian and George were excellent hosts and treated us like family. It’s clear that they have put a lot of thought into the renovation of the hotel and my family of four was very comfortable in our room. Breakfast was better than expected and the eggs were delicious. The view from the rooms was gorgeous. Ask about the homemade alfajores, they were excellent!
Everything brand new and very comfortable, esp. Bathroom. Nice breakfast. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, looking after everything in person. Its great fun to have a chat and hang out with them, they are wonderful hosts! Cheers to you guys, I'd come back any time!
The staff treats me like family, and any problems a solved right away. The room is serviced daily and my laundry is looked after very well.
We stayed in one of the apartments which had its own little kitchen and bathroom. We had requested a crib which they kindly put in the bedroom. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was lovely and quiet at night since the apart hotel is located in a residential area. Our host also went out of her way to get a high chair for our baby to have breakfast at the table with us.
