The most I like the location. Hotel located just at the business center of Beijing. Room was clean, it’s hard to find 3 star hotel in Beijing with clean bed and bathroom. Staff was really helpful, the don’t speak English so we communicated through the online translator. Also I like there is a free coffee with snacks at the lobby. Breakfast was good, there was Chinese cuisine and bread, butter, eggs and fruits

What a beautiful place to stay. From the moment you arrive you are greeted and welcomed like family by the nicest staff members of any hotel i have ever stayed in. The rooms are incredibly spacious and modern with top class amenities. I can only wish that i had spent more time here. Breakfast and coffee served every morning, constantly being attended to and made sure everything is okay. The staff are also brilliant and helping you throughout your stay with recommendations and tips even through wechat while out and about for questions they are available. The building and my room were quite nice and comfy, breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options. Everyone in the reception was super helpful even though some of them were not that fluid in English, they’ll always did their best to help.

The hosts are amazing. They did everything they can to make my stay there as comfortable as possible. The guest house is close enough to the wall, it's about a 25 minute walk which I used to explore the village further. They have a Restaurant in the guest house and this made my first night there easy because I didn't have to go somewhere else to find food.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The staff was friendly and spoke English quite well, which made communication smooth and easy. They were helpful and responsive to all our needs. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, truly living up to the five-star standard. In the evening, staff came to replenish the amenities such as tea and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The toiletries provided were from Aesop, a premium brand, which aligned perfectly with the hotel’s luxury image. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, definitely up to the expectations of a five-star hotel.
