The hotel has a great location and is conveniently near the subway, just about a 3-5 minute walk. You simply need to cross the bridge, and you will arrive at the subway station. It is just four stops to Universal Studios. The hotel exceeded my expectations – it was very clean, well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and had a complete set of amenities well prepared. The room was spacious enough to move around comfortably. One thing I must mention is that the staff are very well-trained. Before my stay, I contacted the hotel regarding a parcel delivery, and they handled it very well. The staff were very polite and helpful. On the day I checked out, while I was on the train to Shanghai, I received a message from Booking.com informing me that I had left a small bag in the room. I contacted the staff, and they promptly arranged to send the bag to Shanghai, which really impressed me.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a girl at the reception her name was 小雨 (rein) she was extremely helpful and made our stay worth while and very pleasant she also speaks a bit of English which helps a lot. They offered a variety of items at breakfast and they ensured we stayed hydrated by offering us free bottles of water every time. The hotel is close to a variety of shops and restaurants and it’s fun just to roam around it. I’d recommend staying here and if you do ensure to say hi to rein !

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that I, a new tourist to China who speaks no Chinese was well taken care of. And when I tried to get there names so I could mention them personally, they instead insisted that I just all the credit to the hotel instead. However, they helped me find anything and everything I needed. And helped me download and figure out apps for transportation and spent a lot of time making sure that I had everything I needed. And the Hotel itself was located in a good safe neighborhood with all the necessities needed within a short 5 minute walk. And the room was quiet, clean, and the bed was oh so comfortable. With lots of hot water for the shower which was wonderful during my wintertime stay.

Everything was excellent except the location. But it is not a problem. You can ride a bike, call a taxi, etc. Otherwise, I am impressed with their service, free dining and snacks, hospitality, and everything.
