The hotel is located near the entrance of National Forest. The room is spacious and the environment is calm. Ultimately, Mr.Lucas and Mr. Eson who are the staffs of the hotel took care of us very well. They helped us check the weather, plan the route, drive us to the entrance free of charge. Also, they helped us call the taxi to pick up and send us at the airport (with the reasonable price). I LOVE everything about this hotel and if I have a chance to visit Zhangjiajie next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Had a lovely stay at Avatar Peaks Resort! Winnie at the reception was absolutely amazing and spoke very good English. She helped organize everything during my stay, and I can’t thank her enough. She recommended a route for visiting the National Forest with clear directions and was quick to answer any questions I had. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the resort was very close—just a golf cart ride away from the entrance to the West Gate (Yangjiajie Ticket Station).

The staff was fluent in english. Which was the biggest advantage. They even gave tour advice very politely. Location was near by the entrance of Zhangjiajie national park and they helped every step and drive thru to the Entrance. It was awesome experience. Worth the money!!! Room was very clear.
