Great location,close to park entrance. It is a brand new hotel with nice view and pool. The room was very comfortable and bed was soft. The warm smiles from staff, they offer shutter service to east gate from hotel and book all the entrance tickets that we need. The little touches made my stay incredibly special. Perfect stay and highly recommend to everyone who want to explore Avatar Park.

Jenny is really amazing host. She helped us with everything from arranging transport, trips, tickets, food, practically all we asked about. Her english is good so comunication is smooth - that is biiig plus. Accomodation is central located, near bus station and Tianmen Mountain cable car station, also streets full of restaurants or shops one may need. Room was comfortable and spacious. There was nothing missing for our needs.

I don't know where to start, but I know how I ended up feeling: like if I was hosted by family member, just after three days. The owners are incredidibly kind and very welcoming - even though they don't speak English they're always ready to "speak" using translating app. They helped me with the natural park tickets, they told me where locals go eating, they've been full of attentions - way above the expectations. On top of it, the place is perfectly located to get to the park first and the room was full of charme and beautifullu decorated. Tujia culture at its best! Thank you!

Our room was tidy, well-organized and super comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, and gave us a lot of good advice regarding our trip~ We enjoyed our stay so much! Highly recommend it!

The Inn is run by a lovely family (Husband, wife and 2 kids). The wife spoke excellent English and was very helpful with booking tickets to the nearby attractions, and the husband carried our heavy luggage to the 4th floor and offered cold water from the lobby fridge every day. Our 2-bedroom room was very homely and spacious with a cooling aircon. When my son's mosquito bite became infected, the hostess gave us an antibacterial cream. The homey vibe of the inn and genuine friendliness from our hosts made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. They also had a very tamed bird which was nice to interact with. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay at this property was incredible. I really cannot say enough about Isaac and his family. They were all very hospitable. Isaac was probably the best host I have ever had and I have been travelling the world. It all started from the train station where he picked me up. The hotel alone, is very clean and very modern. That room is large, and the bed was very comfortable! the pool area is very serene. It is in an amazing location facing tianman mountain and Heaven’s Gate. Great food, and they always had breakfast ready.  I did the national Park and Heaven’s Gate, Isaac was able to set both up for me, and he directed me on the best routes for both locations. Overall, my stay at heavens gate home stay hotel was amazing.

When we arrived, Steven helped us to plan our activities in Zhangjiajie, which is great, as you have a true local giving you the information of what is worth to see, and how long it takes to see it. This is something we haven't experienced anywhere before, and it really made our trip feel very personalized, and well planned. He also suggested some restaurants for us to try, and we would never have found them by ourselves. The food there was delicious! Everything in the city is close to the hotel, and accessible with DiDi, so you are never far away from anything, and if you have any problems with DiDi, Steven can help with booking them for your trips to the attractions. The breakfast dumplings and meat pancakes were also delicious. The atmosphere and the overall feel of the hotel is very friendly and homey, and it is not as official and soulless as the big hotel chains. All in all, I would say that we will never forget the experience we had in Zhangjiajie, not only because of the gorgeous scenery, but also because of our amazing host Steven and this hotel.
