I liked remote location, but walkable to El Valle. Elegance of the interior design, to see the ocean from any spot in the house, beautiful beach, landscaping, the kitchen, and Angelica who took care of us and it was a very good communication level. Also, very nice Rosa's restaurant in El Valle.

I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough. I've been traveling for over a year, and this was one of the best hostel experiences I've had. Terrace is awesome for relaxing, meeting people and hanging out, as well as cooking as that's where the kitchen (so you can cook watching the surrounding nature). Staff is super friendly and helpful. The natural pool (water comes from a nearby waterfall) is fantastic to cool off during the day, and the bar is THE place to be during the evening, where you get to experience El Valle to the fullest, as the locals also come here to hang out - so you get to meet a lot of great people, play some beer pong and have some drinks (try the viche!). I came for a few days and ended up staying a month! If you're thinking about coming to El Valle - please do, it's awesome! And when you do - do yourself a favor and stay in Utria ;)
