Generally quiet, even next to the highway. We were greeted by the owner's two teenage sons. Clearly managers in training. The kitchen beside the pool was well equipped for our breakfast of cold cereal. There is a hot plate and BBQ which we did not try out. Both beds were pushed against the walls. We were able to move the double bed away from the wall and use the side chair so both sides of the bed could have a bedside table of sorts. Towels are thick, soft.and absorbant. Shower is slow to heat but then warm.

This property is just a 3 minute walk from Tamarindo beach, and features an outdoor pool in a tropical setting. There is free WiFi throughout the property, and daily housekeeping.

Incredible first class attention from Arnoldo, all the staff and the chef. Rooms are spacious, new and clean, and the private pool is just excellent. The smaller size of the hotel allows you to receive an ad-personam treatment that it’s impossible to get even at the best hotel chains. Totally recommended!

A 16-minute walk from Conchal in Matapalo, Villa Pura Vida features accommodations with access to a hot tub. Guests staying at this homestay have access to a balcony.

First and foremost - amazing hosts. Super nice and accommodating all our requests, extremely welcoming and warm. It felt like I was visiting family, not like just another vacation stay. The villa has amazing architecture. Inclined, circular ceiling in bathroom, windows facing Forrest, hot tub, red and blue illumination, almost 360- balcony, around second floor. It truly felt fairytellish. Also, I will be missed if has not mentioned Sky ( and his furry friend:)). To cut a long story short - reserve this facility and say thanks later. It was truly a highlight of our 3 week stay in Costa Rica. Amazing, memorable and unique!
